Effect of Shuxuetong injection on coagulation function

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection on coagulation function. Methods 92 cases with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity were randomly divided into Shuxuetong group and control group including 46 cases respectively. Shuxuetong group was treated with Shuxuetong injection. Control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin. The changes of coagulation indexes (PT,APTT,INR,FIB) were observed before and after treatment. Results After injecting Shuxuetong injection for two weeks,The changes of coagulation indexes include: APTT,PT were prolonged,and the content of fibrinogen descended. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can affect coagulation function and it is effective and safe in inhibiting coagulation activity to prevent thrombosis.
