Research of Correlation between Hemorrhagic Transformation after Cerebral Infarction with Abnormal Lipid Metabolism

Abstract
Objective: To investigate correlation between hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction with abnormal lipid metabolism.Method: From Mar.2011 to Mar.2012,Analyzed clinical data of 162 cases patients with cerebral infarction of our hospital,divided into two groups.Observation group with 81 cases with hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction;control group 81 cases,patients with hemorrhagic transformation did not occur after cerebral infarction.Compared lipid metabolism two groups of patients.Result: When hemorrhagic transformation did not occur after cerebral infarction,Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and fasting glucose difference of observation group and control group was significant(P0.05);Triglycerides,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,between difference was significant the observation group and control group(P0.05);The cases of triglycerides,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,observation group was significantly higher than control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Abnormal lipid metabolism will increase occurrence possibility of hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction,rational use of drugs for the composition of the blood can adjust the lipid metabolism abnormalities,prevent and reduce cerebral infarction and hemorrhagic transformation.
