The Problems and Countermeasures on Education Management in Universities

At present,three problems of the education management are obvious in China universities,namely,one is the unbalance distribution of the management resource,two is the faulty of management mode and three is the lack of mutual action between the subject and the object. Faced with the new situation,the education management in Chinese universities should be reformed. The reform of education resource distribution must be deepened to supply the support of substance and enrich thehardpower. The pattern of education management should be changed and strengthen the construction of management talents in order to change thesoftpart into the efficient one. The idea of education managementPeople firstshould be established in order to reflect the host status of teachers and to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
