Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of 64 multi-slice CTA(MSCTA) for etiological diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:76 patients were clinically diagnosed as spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, they were examined by 64 MSCTA and by DSA or operation. The results of CTA were compared with those of DSA or operation. Results:Of the 76 patients examined by CTA,28 were diagnosed as having cerebral aneurysms proved by DSA and the operation, and 3 were diagnosed as having AVM proved by DSA and the operation.Conclusion:64 MSCTA is one of the choices in early etiological diagnosis for spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.
