Research Progress on Ecological Assets Valuation Methods

This paper deeply studied the theoretical foundation,purpose and the legislative future of control over land use zoning through the perspectives of economics,ecology,planning and law.In this paper,we studied the legal basis and the origin of land use zoning based on analyzing scattered decisions and their consequences.And we also studied the relationship of control over land use zoning with the adjustment characteristics of eco-system and land use planning.At last,we suggested the implement and management of control over land use zoning at county scale.
