Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of tyrosine protein kinase(TPK) inhibitor RG50864 on Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell(PASMC) proliferation of platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) induced. Methods:By primary culture of calf PASMC,the effect of PDGF induced PASMC proliferation was analysed using MTT colorimetry,Giemsa staining and cell count. Results:As compared with control group,PDGF induced PASMC proliferation was significantly inhibited by RG50864 groups in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion:RG50864 could block PDGF induced PASMC proliferations.
