Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on expressions of serum ET-1,vWF,TNF-α and CD62P levels and conjunctiva microcirculation disorders in rabbit model of endotoxemia induced by lipopolysaccharide.Methods:32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomized into 4 groups for blood-cooling group,blood-promoting group, model control group and normal control group.Treated with modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction respectively while modeling, serum CD62P was determined by flow cytometry and serum ET-1,vWF and TNF-α levels were determined by ELISA.Conjunctiva microcirculation changes were recorded. Results:At 3rd hour after injection of LPS,the levels of serum ET-1,vWF,CD62P and TNF-α were getting higher significantly in three groups than those in normal control group(P0.05,P0.01).At 3rd and 24th hour after injection, serum ET-1,vWF,TNF-α and CD62P levels and scores of microcirculation in blood-cooling group and ET-1,vWF,CD62P and scores of microcirculation in blood-promoting group were significantly lower than model control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has efficacy of anti-inflammation,suppressing activation of platelet and protection against vascular endothelial injury.Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction is more effective than Taohong Siwu decoction in rabbit model of endotoxemia induced by lipopolysaccharide.
