On the Perfecting Criminal Legislation of Environmental Crime in Our Country

Abstract
The legislation of environmental crimes in criminal law has not adapted the fact of our countries environmental protection in the scientific concept of development,and there are some obvious limitations in criminal law.In order to constructing a criminal legal condition,which are in favor of sustainable development, effectively restrain environmental crimes and protect environmental resource,legislation perfecting should be taken in legislation model,criminal condition,control range of criminal law and penalty.
