Abstract

Objective to Study the relationship between the costimulatory molecules CD80, CD86 and its receptor CD28 on peripheral blood in patients with chronic hepatitis virus B and clinic condition and the replication of HBV.Methods CD80,CD86,CD28 and CD8+/CD28+、CD8+/CD28-on peripheral blood cells were detected by flow cytometry in 92 patients with chronic hepatitis virus B and 24 healthy volunteers. Results The percents of CD80,CD86 on lymphocyte and CD80 on monocyte in patients with chronic actives B hepatitis were significantly higher than those of the patients with chronic taking hepatitis virus B and the controls(7.63±3.09)%vs(3.40±1.51)%vs(2.75±0.81)%,( 11.98±5.12)%vs(4.48±2.34)vs%(3.38±1.47)%,(10.73±4.51)vs(5.91±2.52)%vs 4.68±1.13)%;and that in patients with liver cirrhosis was significantly higher than that of the patients with chronic actives B hepatitis (10.27±5.58)%vs(7.63±3.09)%,(15.54±7.91)%vs( 11.98±5.12)%,(14.21±5.45)%vs(10.73±4.51)%. The expression of CD80, CD86 on lymphocyte and CD80 on monocyte in patients with chronic taking hepatitis virus B was not different from that in controls, but there was difference from that in mild, moderate ,severe patients with chronic active B hepatitis. The percent of CD28 on lymphocyte in patients with chronic active B hepatitis was significantly lower than that of the patients with chronic taking hepatitis virus B and the controls(41.78±11.72)%vs(49.15±7.58)%vs(52.64±7.71)%;but there was no differene from that in liver cirrhosis (41.78±11.72)%vs(39.21±9.53)%. The percent of CD8+/CD28+ was decreased and that of CD8+CD28-was increased in patients with chronic actives B hepatitis and chronic taking hepatitis virus B and the controls. There was no difference of CD80,CD86,CD28 and CD8+/CD28+、 CD8+/CD28-on peripheral blood cells between the groups of high quantity and low quantity, and the groups of HBeAg positive and HBeAg negative. Conclusion Costimulatory molecules CD80, CD86 and its receptor CD28 play an important role in the chronic hepatitis virus B immunity damages. But there was no relationship between expression of CD80,CD86,CD28 and CD8+/CD28+、 CD8+/CD28-on peripheral blood cells and the change of hepatitis virus quantity and HBeAg in serum.
