Abstract

Traditional social morality owes its effectiveness to the fact that it was established in a of acquaintancesto meet the needs of developing small-peasant economy,emphasizing the role of elementary moral education by means of leading civility to penalty.If any success is to be made in establishing contemporary morality,moral standards should meet the needs of developing market economy and serve the open society of citizens.The basic moral standards that represent the intrinsic demands of market economy should be systemized and much importance should be attached to the elementary moral education.
