Abstract

Objective To evaluate the correlation between CD+4CD+25 regulatory T lymphocytes and lung cancer. Methods Peripheral blood was obtained from 68 patients with lung cancer and 30 healthy persons. The percentages of CD+4CD+25 cells in total CD+4 cells, the expressive rates of CD+4,CD+56 and the ratio of CD+4/CD+8 were detected by flowe cytometry, the content of TGF-β、IL-10 and IFN-γ was detected by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay. Results The percent of CD+4CD+25 regulatory T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of lung cancer was higher than that of healthy volunteers(P0.05).The level of TGF-β,IL-10 in peripheral blood of lung cancer was higher than that of healthy volunteers(P0.05).The level of IFN-γ in the lung cancer was lower than that of the healthy volunteers(P0.05).Conclusions The relative increase in CD+4CD+25regulatory T cells may be related to immunosuppression and tumor progression in patients with lung cancer.
