Abstract
The dynamic changes of endogenous hormone in litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn.) in the process of flower bud differentiation are investigated.The results show that the concentrations of IAA、ZRs and GA are higher in the critical period of flower bud differentiation.And the same results are found out in the corresponding leaf.At the same time,the concentration of ABA is higher,too.It inhibits vegetation growth of stem apex.The physiological functions of all kinds of plant endogenous hormone are interaction. They promote reproductive growth from vegetation growth in the stem apex.The concentrations of IAA、ZRs and GA increase again but ABA during the differentiation of flower organ.Thus it issuggested that the regulation of the differentiation of flower bud and organ in litchi is not the sole effect of some kinds of hormone but the integration effect of all kinds of hormone's interaction in time and in space.
