Abstract
From viewpoint of material science, and based on the applying experience, three main factors such as the lower-flow-back of cement slurry, the bulk shrinkage and the high fragility of cement stone, which affect zonal bonding quality of cement sheath, are expatiated through analyzing congenital defect of oil well cement and the properties of additive. On the basis of discussing novel material function mechanism, settled project is put forward primarily and novel material field applications are introduced. The technique requirement of cementing material for domestic oilfield and the future ways of research are proposed.
