Abstract

The integration of chemical and mechanical methods to trest silicate cement or simultaneously to treat cement and mineral filling material,can produce a kind of low hydrate cement waste material.The standard consistency of its water volume is within the range of 16%～20%.In this way ,the great improvements of cement,gravel,cement mortar and concrete' s physical properties can be carried out successfully.The low hydrate cement concrete has been initially applied in the Commonwealth of Independent States;and their prospects of development are expected to be far and wide.
