Abstract
In recent years, the method of diagnosing bovine tuberculosis was improved gradually, and the scientists have also found the specific antigen and gene of a lot of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Then, for the better diagnosing bovine tuberculosis, the scientists have combined the molecular biology method with the traditional bacterium's detection method and immunology method,accelerating the study on diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis. Especially with the development of molecular biology technology, it has significant epidemiology for elucidating the aspect of hereditary variation regularity and molecular evolution of Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and then eliminating bovine tuberculosis completely.
