Abstract
In recent years,the method of diagnosing bovine tuberculosis was improved gradually,and the scientists have also found the specific antigen and gene of a lot of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.The paper reviewed the usage of ELISA on the disease,and gave some suggestion on the progress of the diagnosis method.
