Science and Technology Innovation Services of Universities and the New Type of Industrialization Construction

This paper,taking Hunan Province as an example,expounds the important role and status of science and technology innovation of higher educational institutions in the process of the construction of new type of industrialization,analyses the current major problems and reasons and puts forward some suggestions and strategies in pushing the innovation of science and technology of universities to serve the construction of the new type of industrialization of Hunan in the aspect of value demands,policy orientation,mechanism protection and so on.
