Abstract

Hunan new industrialization badly needs technological innovation.To use the experiences of industrialization of the developed countries for reference,comply with the development trend of science and technology in the world,and pay attention to technological innovation is the key to accelerate the industrialization development of Hunan.Aiming at the status quo of Hunan situation.We put froward a new strategy of fechnological innovation for promoting Hunan's new industrialzation.
