Abstract

Practice is a mutual reaction of subject and object.In the new historic period,building a relatively well-off society is a completely new practice went on by our party.The level of developing and acquired achievement,various economy,politics and culture works of the well-off society had achieved,provide a material base,a political guarantee and spiritual support for the all-round development of human.
