A Appraisal System of All-around Well-off

Although a well-off society,as a kind of quality of life,is well understood by the public in China.But it is becoming a focus on how to describe this new target by measurable evaluating indices.This new target of the all-round well-off society includes more developing economy,more healthy democracy,more progressive science and education,more prosperous culture,more harmonious society,richer lives of the people .According to the connotation of building a well-off society and it's target-determining principles,appraisal system should basically include four aspects——economy,society,environment and regulation.
