Abstract

Objective:To explore an effective method to evade nursing risk using PDCA cycle. Methods:The setp P(plan) was to plan the scheme according to the existent problems. The step D(do) was to execute the scheme. The step C(check) was to check up whether the outcome was obtained. The step A(action) was to summarize in order to guide future work. Results:The nursing quality was improved markedly by four-cycle PDCA circulation. Conclusion:The PDCA circulation was an effective way to resolve problems scientifically and evade nursing risk.
