Study on the current status of community nursing human resources in Ezhou City

Objective To analyze the current status of community nursing human resources and provide reference for nurse staffing of community nursing.Method The methods of questionnaire survey and literature review were used to investigate the number and structure of community nursing human resources.Result The community nursing staff showed lower in terms of age,educational level,professional title and working years.The nursing service items were narrow.Conclusion The quality of community nursing team is relatively low,which will negatively influence the quality of community nursing and roles of community nurses.It is necessary to improve the quality of community nurses and regulate the structure of community nurse team.
