Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of human resources of nursing and the developing strategy.Methods A questionnaire survey was used for 309 nurses from 38 community health service centers.Results The construction of education level,title of technical post,age,knowledge and skill of nurses were all not reasonable,which indicates the human resources were inadequate.Conclusion To enhance the training on the job for nurses is the key task at present,and also the major channel to train nurses in community service.To start community nursing as a new program in nursing college will be the essential solution to the present problem.
