Abstract

Fused hepatitis B suface antigen gene with Mouse MT promoter and constructed plasmid pBMT3XR. Being used Calcium Phosphate Precipitation technique to transform C127 cells with this plasmid, HBsAg is expressed. The experiment also shows the expression of HBsAg can be induced by cadmium.
