Study of Cryopreservation of Medical Plant Germplasm Resources

Abstract

In light of the present situation that the medicinal plant resources in our country have been reduced year after year because of excessive picking up,present research progress on cryopreservation technology of medical plant germplasm resources was summarized in this paper,including the mechanism of cryopreservation,its conserving-steps,measurement of cells survival rate after cryopreservation,test of genetic stability and so on.
