Abstract

Cryopreservation was considered to be an ideal means for the long-term and genetic stability storage of plant germplasm resources and more than 200 species have been done with the method. In this paper, the mechanism of cryopreservation,conserving-steps,affecting-factors and so on were summarized and the development trend of it was prospected.
