Abstract
Objective Determination of Bergeninum in ZhiKeDingChuan Tablets by HPLC. Method The HPLC system consisted Dikma C18 column (5μm;4.6×150mm) , methanol-acetonitrile-1%H3PO4 water as mobile phase to gradient elution in 0-7min and with detection wavelength 275 nm. Results The linear correlation was good in the range of 2-20μg / mL of bergeninum,correlation coefficient is 0.9999. the average recovery was 99.1% (n= 6) and the RSD was 0.63%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of bergeninum in ZhiKeDingChuan Tablets.
