Abstract

Aiming at the complexity and the risks of the program management in the road construction enterprises,the paper sums up the problems in the program management of the current road construction enterprises,and points out the respective strategies and has the systematic analysis,so as to improve the enterprises' program management level,and realize the maximal interests of programs.
