Abstract

With the flux and deposition of history,the marital customs of the the miao nationality has changed into marital custom law.various forms of mergence and shock have arisen in the domain of marriage and family and national legislation.the author made an objective and comprehensive investigation into this issue during the summer holiday internship.and serious legal thought on the effect on the miao nationality's marital custom law in the legal construction followed.
