The Effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Preparation in treatment of Proteinuria,Liver and Kidney

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii preparation in treatment of proteinuria,and on liver and kidney in rats with adriamycin nephropathy.Methods:The SD rats were randomly divided into the model,tripterygium glycosides,Tripterygium Wilfordii extract,Leizhi Capsule low dose,Leizhi Capsule middle dose,Leizhi Capsule high dose and normal group.The urine samples were collected at 0,2,3,4,5th week after first adriamycin injection respectively.At the end of 5th week,the rats were sacrificed.The renal tissue was acquired for the examinations of light microscopy,electron microscopy,and the blood was acquired for the examinations of albumin,triglycerides,cholesterol,and transaminase levels.Results:The model group amount of urinary protein was gradually increased.The Leizhi Capsule group amount of urinary protein at 4,5th week are lower,compared with model group,tripterygium glycosides and Tripterygium Wilfordii extract group.Compared with model group,the treatment groups amount of albumin were increased while the treatment group amounts of triglycerides,cholesterol were decreased.The transaminase level of tripterygium glycosides group was higher significantly than that of other groups.Conclusion:The effect of Leizhi Capsule was superior to other Tripterygium Wilfordii preparation from the efficacy or drug security side.
