Abstract

Objective To study the clinical application of Selective posterior rhizotomy for spastic cerebral palsy.Methods The postoperative condition of 39 patients with cerebral palsy who had received SPR was analyzed.Results The effect of SPR was remarkable in reliving muscle spastic and decreasing abnormal muscle tone.Conclusion It is a satisfactory method of the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy by SPR.
