Abstract
Objective:Selective posterior rhizotomy for spastic cerebral palsy in clinical application.Methods:The postoperative condition of 52 patients with cerebral palsy who had received SPR was analyzed.Results:The effect of SPR was remarkable in reliving muscle spastic and decreasing abnormal muscle tone,However,it is not ignored low limb fatigue and spinal column unstable after operation.Conclusion:Selective posterior rhizotomy is effective in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy,but the role of good rehabilitation training before and after operation is also very important.
