Abstract
Combing with work practice,the paper suggested that to improve quality management of blood banks must deal with the following issues:(1) improve the quality consciousness of leadership;(2) establish the authority of quality management officers;(3) promote the effective communication between quality managers and business executives;(4) strengthen enforcement of procedures and protocols.
