Abstract
The encroachment of forgotten property and hidden property are two special forms of the crime of encroachment.Forgotten property is personal property whose legal possessor placed consciously in a specific place and forgot to take away due to negligence,and now under the control of other people in that specific place,not including lost property.Hidden property is property buried underground or hidden in other things,including concealed property.
