Ten Issues About Classroom Teaching

In this paper the author summarizes his own teaching experience and consideration of classroom teaching during these several decads. Ten subtopics are involved as following: (1) The study of teaching a subject well must be based on that of teaching one class better. (2)There are eight criterions about teaching one class well. (3) One should pay more attention to the first time and the last one of a course. (4) Both the content and teaching ways of the course should be updated frequently. (5) Two important problems of teaching by means of multimedia. (6) About the method of elicitation in teaching. (7) About training student's innovation idea and innovation ability. (8) About teaching plan. (9) The connotation of basic skill of teaching. (10) My idea of teaching not only the course content but also the stdent's morality. The author try to make all points above to be in theory, and make the ways and means be operated well.
