Abstract
Nowadays,Kazak marriage situation in nomadic areas of Xinjiang are changing with the developing and progressing of the society. In marriage system,polygamy has been replaced by monogamy; free marriage has taken the place of levirate,purchasing marriage and exchanging marriage; In marriage idea,early marriage is changing into late marriage,the percentage of escaped marriage has reduced; self-determination rights on marriage has got better; in marriage folklore,marriage procedure is getting simpler not more complicated; the marriage ceremony is also changing. The new modern contents are added into the marriage songs,as well as the extravagant unhealthy phenomena are appearing in presents giving.
