Abstract

Objective To explore the antitumor effects of genistein in vitro on k562,CHO,B16 cells. Methods The viability of the cells was assessed by MTT assay. Results Genistein strongly decreased K562,CHO,B16 proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Genistein has antitumor effects in vitro.
