Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Duplex Kidney with Malformation in Children

Abstract
Objective To analyze the ultrasonogram characteristics and diagnostic value of ultrasound examination for duplex kidney with duplex kidney.Method The ultrasound examination data of 13 cases of duplex kidney with duplex kidney in 3 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Thirteen cases were diagnosed as the duplex kidney with malformation by ultrasonography and confirmed by operation.Left duplex kidney was found in 6 cases,right duplex kidney was found in 6 cases,and bilateral duplex kidney was found in 1case.4 cases were combined with ureteral cyst,7 cases were combined with the ectopic ureters open,1 case was combined with the left ovarian teratima.Conclusion Duplex kidney with malformation has specific ultrasonogram characteristics,therefore ultrasound examination should be the first examination,and can be used in monitoring and follow-up observations after operation because of good repetitiveness.
