Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin on lower respiratory tract infection. Methods The 84 patients with lower respiratory tract were randomly divided into control and target group. In control group,42 patients were treat with moxifloxacin by injection,0.4 g,one time every day,and target group,42 patients were treated with levofloxacin by injection,0.4 g,one time every day.All patients had been treated for 7-14 days.then, the effective rates, bacterium clearance,non-normal medicines reaction were observed. Results In control group,32 patients were recovered,8 patients were effective,1 patient was progressive and 1 patient was invalid. In target group,28 patients were recovered,6 patients were effective,5 patients were progressive and 3 patients were invalid. The effective rates of moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group were 95.2% and 81.0% respectively, then the bacterium clearance were 92.9% and 66.7% respectively, and they had obvious difference. The distinct non-normal medicines reaction had been observed in two groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin on lower respiratory tract infection was superior to that of levofloxacin, and the distinct non-normal medicines reaction was observed,Moxifloxacin injection had a good curative effect and safety on lower respiratory tract infection, and it could be used as an perfect medicine on patients.
