After Caesarean Section or Two Cesarean Section Clinical Analysis

Objective To explore secondary pregnancy after cesarean section or two cesarean section delivery on maternal effect.Methods For the selection of secondary pregnancy after cesarean section in 100 cases of pregnant women,vaginal deliveries and two cesarean section on maternal effect.Results Of repeated pregnancy after cesarean section in 100 cases of pregnant women in57 rows of 47 cases of vaginal delivery,a successful trial production,the success rate is 82.46%.Vaginal delivery and cesarean section group on neonatal effects of each index is compared no significant difference(P0.05),postpartum hemorrhage volume,puerperal infection,duration of lochia,the average length of stay and other indexes,cesarean section group were lower than in the vaginal delivery group,the difference is significant(P0.05).Conclusion Secondary pregnancy after cesarean section delivery,consistent with vaginal trial production conditions,intensive care vagina is safe.
