Abstract
Objective Mode of delivery after cesarean section pregnancy and safety. Methods 80 cases of cesarean section in 2010 August to 2013 August were to pregnant women,according to the mode of delivery,randomly divided into vaginal delivery group and the cesarean section group,the two groups of maternal complications were analyzed. Results80 cases of pregnant womenafter cesarean section pregnancy,56 cases with vaginal delivery,the pilot was successful in40 cases,71. 4 cases,the other 40 patients underwent cesarean section. Repeat cesarean section group of maternal postpartum hemorrhagewas higher than that in vaginal delivery group,days of hospitalization thanvaginal delivery group,significant difference( P 0. 05); again cesarean section postpartum maternal and neonatal complications were was significantly higher than that in vaginal delivery group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions The pregnant women after cesarean sectiondelivery modes according to their own circumstances,to meet the vaginal delivery indications circumstances,take vaginal delivery is safe and effective,is a higher feasibility.
