Abstract

Stock option incentive is the main method of an enterprise's equity incentive.The design of the programme of stock option incentive requires that a company should set up a special administrative committee of wages,that the beneficiaries include the managers,the leading technical personnel and the staff with outstanding contributions,that their total shares should not surpass 10 percent of the company's stocks and that the stock option be distributed according to a clerk's total marks based on his position,working age,academic credentials and achievements.
