Abstract

In developed countries it has been thirty years for the usage of stock option projects as the innovation of distribution system. And now it is a useful incentive mechanism. With the reform on enterprises and the formation of market economy, it's high time to find a scientific and useful incentive mechanism. Under the present law system of our country, people pay more and more attention to the stock option projects as a long-term incentive mechanism. In this article there is some initial study about some problems that come from the usage of stock option projects.
