Some Philosophical Thoughts on the Chinese Grammar Studies

Abstract

Based on the development of Chinese grammar studies,the author thinks the Chinese grammar studies are certain to move to application stage,which meets both the need of the social development and the need of Chinese grammar development.Then the author has analyzed two kinds of main viewpoints on how Chinese grammar studies develop: integration and universal grammar.In the end,the author has brought forward the approach about how to promote Chinese grammar by the comparison between Chinese and Indo-European languages.
