The moral hazard problems of the relative parties in our country's current social medical insurance have resulted in the rapidly unreasonable increase of the medical expenses and hindered the smooth development of social medical insurance.This article analyzes and certifies the behaviors and reasons form the moral hazard problems of all the relative parties in detail and raises the solutions to avoid the occurrences of the moral hazard problems in social medical insurance.
