Abstract
A new method for the determination of trace cadmium in the fish scale by flame atomic asorption spectrometry (FAAS) with enhancement of surfactant has been presented. The influence of FAAS operation conditions, acidic media and enhancement of surfactants have been studied. The liner range for determination of cadmium was 0~50 μg·mL -1 . The detection limit of this method was 0.003 7 μg·mL -1 , The reletive standard deviation was less than 3 %(RSD, n =9) and the recovery ratio was 95 %~106 %. The proposed method was rapid, simple and accurate, and has been applied to determine trace cadmium in the fish scale with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
