Abstract
Marx's concept of human's development is based on the salient features of the strong criticism of the reality,and it believes that personal development can not be separated from social and practical conditions,namely,freedom of personality formation and the composition of world significance,a necessary requirement for the field of material as a basis,However,while upholding the personal development of a transcendent value to pray,it is of concern to Marx's core personal development,which implicates a lot to the contemporary market economy under the conditions of the personal development of China in the sense of Kant.
