Abstract
AbstrcatUse the kidney cell of fish as the material, use colchi-cine-low concentration-air drying method and the method (Ag-NORs) of Howell's (1980) and (C-Banding) of Sumner's (1972) to make chromosome specimen. This paper firstly reports the karyotype ,Ag-NORs and C- Banding of Trichogaster trichopterus. The karyotype of Trichogaster trichopterus is 2n=46t,NF=46, one pair of Ag-NORs located on the arm terminal of the t_1 the same source chromosome .The NORs on the chromosome has obvious different size .The structer and the number also have obviously various appearances. The darkly stained C-banding into three kinds .One is Capillitium shot C-banding, the other is terminal spot C-banding ,and the third is mediacy C-banding .No sex-related character was observed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
