The Folk-custom Schools in the History of Chinese Folk Art

In the history of Folk Art in the former 20th century.There exists various schools with different theories,notions and approaches.They are as follows:The School of Institute of Ballad in Peking University,The School of Mythology with a Detate over the Ancient History,The School of Literal Anthropology,The School of Popular Literature,The School of Social-Nationality,The Yan'an School and the Folk-custom School.Existing and developing upon the particular social and cultural conditions,they own their own representatives,notional creeds and masterpieces.The existence of various schools and the multiple structure not only promote the Native Culture of Chinese Folk Art,but also show the marginality,inter-discipline and immaturity of Chinese Folk Art.
