CT Diagnosis of Cystic Pancreatic Diseases

Abstract
Objective To introduce CT finding of cystic pancreatic diseases.(CPD) and improve knowledge of it. Methods 9 cases of CPD proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis was discussed, conventional 10mm scan thickness and interval and thin thickness scan of the lesion were done. Results 4 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst, 2 cases of multiple pancreatic abscess, 1 case of pancreatic cystadenoma, 1 case of parasitic cyst were discovered. Conclusion The diagnostic value of CT for determining the orientation is confirmed, but to determine the nature of the disease has some difficulties. [
